Origin: New Zealand

Character: The open grain is fairly straight and fine textured. It is a medium hardwood. The coloring is a light reddish brown to yellow brown. It is lustrous and mottled with a figure produced by flaked rays.

Uses Flooring, cabinetry, turnery, veneer & boxes=
